1 How many does the property comfortably sleep.
The property sleeps up to 20 guests in beds already made up on arrival, the large open plan living area contains 1 sofa bed so can accommodate 2 additional guests, please inquire.
2 What are the prices for up to 20 guests
The price for up to 20 guests for a 2 night weekend stay is from £2295, £1795 for a mid week break (these prices include a large hot tub that is freshly set up to use on arrival).
Please note: As from January we are offering a additional twin large hot tub seating up to 7 (14 total) additional guests – the cost for this additional hot tub is £200 please inquire.
3 Do smaller groups get a reduced price.
Yes, groups up to 12 guests From £2095 for a two week night weekend stay. From £1595 for a mid week break.
4. How do I make payment.
We only accept payment by a bank transfer. To secure a booking we require 40% of the agreed price. The balance becomes payable 2 months before arrival along with a £400 security deposit which is returned 7 days after departure.
5 What time is check in check out.
Check in is from 4pm and checkout no later than 10:30am.
A later check out can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
6 How do I get to the property.
Hill View Farmhouse is only a 1 hour drive from London, the property is ideally situated in the middle of the country making it accessible for guests from all directions.
Stamford has a train station and by taxi from the train station to the cottage would be about £15.
7 Is there parking at the cottage.
There is off road parking for up to 15 cars.
8 Is the Hot tub ready on arrival.
The hot tub is freshly set up and ready to use on arrival. There is no curfew on the usage of the hot tub. No under 10s in the hot tub.
8 How many does the hot tub seat.
Our hot tub comfortably seats up to 7 guests. For double the fun, from January we are offering guests the option for a further large twin hut tub seating up to 7 guests ( 14 in total).
9 Do you have a BBQ
We supply a charcoal BBQ (starter pack).
10 Is there disabled access.
We have a bedroom on the ground floor along with a toilet and shower.
10 Provisions for Children.
We supply two travel cots and two high chairs on request
11 Do you provide logs for the firer.
We provide a starter pack of logs for the firer with kindling. Extra logs are available at the local supermarket and petrol garage close by.
12 Are dogs allowed
We allow 3 dogs at the property each being charged £20 each. Prior to any dogs at the property we must be notified.
13 What is provided at the cottage.
We provide bin bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, Tea towels and a starter pack of tea, coffee and milk.
14 How do I get keys to the property.
Keys are provided on the day of arrival. Guests will text half an hour before arrival on a mobile number provided to ensure access to the cottage can be gained. Someone will be at the property to meet you and show you around to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
15 Do you supply towels and bed linen
All bed linen is provided. we provide hand towels but advise guests to bring there own towels.
16 Can we have any entertainment or activities at the cottage.
Absolutely! Our venue is ideally suited for live bands, karaoke and party themed activities.

18 Can we have caterers at the property.
We can recommend several caterers used by previous guests, please contact us for more information.
19 Is the property suitable for families.
Absolutely! we welcome families, we have two cots and a high chair plus a secure garden with a range of outdoor actives such as football and table tennis for your children to enjoy
